Monday - Breaded Lemon Chicken

Lightly breaded, oven-fried chicken topped with a creamy lemon sauce.

Served with steamed parsley-buttered potatoes,

roasted green beans, and a fresh dinner salad.

Tuesday - Greek Chicken Bowl

Marinated grilled chicken served over yellow rice with Kalamata olives,

diced cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, red onion, and beets.

Accompanied by homemade tzatziki and grilled pita.

Wednesday - Salmon Piccata

Broiled salmon in a lemon-butter sauce with shallots and artichoke hearts,

finished with capers and served over orzo.

Thursday - Italian Sausage

Italian sausage simmered in a San Marzano tomato sauce with

fresh garlic, Italian herbs, and a hint of red pepper flakes.

Served with a fresh dinner salad and dinner roll.
