Lightly flowered, sautéed chicken in a marsala wine sauce with

fresh spinach, shallots, and mushrooms.

Served over fresh polenta. Dinner salad included.

Tuesday - Ginger Shrimp Salad

Shredded red and green cabbage, shredded carrots, bell peppers, and green onions.

Topped with chopped peanuts and marinated ginger shrimp over vermicelli.

Soy sauce & garlic ginger sauce included.

Wednesday - Salmon Piccata

Grilled Salmon in a lemon butter, white wine sauce with

fresh spinach, artichoke hearts and capers.

Served over roasted garlic orzo.
